It’s officially fall- my favorite season of the year! Along with pumpkins, apple cider, and so many delicious┬áseasonal┬átreats, this fall is particularly special as we welcomed baby Nolan into our family and into our hearts two short weeks ago. As an Integrative RDN, I’ve been on a short hiatus but will return to normal blogging activities and nutrition counseling soon. In the meantime, meet baby Nolan. . .

Also, this beautiful (20#!) Georgia Honey Roaster Squash was grown by family friends and was gifted to us to celebrate the new baby. I’m in need of some inspiration.
