Cocoa-Coconut Popsicles

Cocoa-Coconut Popsicles

My good friend and Fort Collins Ba-Nom-a-Nom food truck owner Sarah brought these over this week. They are really yummy so (of course) I wanted to share this quick and easy recipe with you! While coconut milk is not low-fat or low-cal, it is filled with healthy fats (medium chain fatty acids to be precise), fiber, potassium, and magnesium. Want to learn more about Sarah?
