Grilled Asparagus

Asparagus is ripe and fresh in the springtime. Give this super simple gluten free grilled asparagus recipe a try. Asparagus is high quality produce, extremely cleansing, and great for detoxification.

Prep time: 5 minutes

Cook time: about 8 minutes

Yield: Serves 4 width=

Ingredients:

1 lb fresh asparagus spears

2 tbsp grapeseed or olive oil

sea salt, to taste

Directions:

1. Light the grill and set to medium high heat.

2. Wash asparagus and cut off the tough ends. Toss asparagus in a large bowl with oil and sea salt until coated.

3. Using tongs, place asparagus directly onto grill rack and cook for 5 to 8 minutes turning every couple minutes until you can easily pierce it with a fork.

4. Remove asparagus from the grill and serve immediately. Enjoy!
