Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti

Spaghetti Squash is one of those fresh vegetables that many CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) shareholders have no idea what to do with. This is an incredibly quick and easy recipe that is delicious too. Many whole food recipes made with fresh vegetables are really simple and tasty too. Give this one a try!

 

Spaghetti Squash “Spaghetti” width=

Ingredients:

1 spaghetti squash (medium or large)

Sea salt and pepper, to taste

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. width=

2. Cut spaghetti squash in half and scoop out seeds.

3. Place squash cut-side down on a baking sheet.

4. Bake for about 30 minutes or until squash is tender when pierced with a fork.

5. Using a large spoon, scoop spaghetti squash into a bowl and sprinkle with salt and pepper.

6. Serve with your favorite pasta sauce. Enjoy! width=
