Vanilla Chia Pudding

This is a quick and easy recipe full of real food nutrition. It makes a great healthy snack, dessert or breakfast recipe. Chia seeds are loaded with omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, and minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc. If you like tapioca pudding, you’ll probably enjoy this raw Vanilla Chia Pudding. Enjoy!

 

Vanilla Chia PuddingChia Seeds

Yield:  about 8 servings

Prep time:  5 minutes

Ingredients:

½ cup chia seeds

2 cups almond milk (or other milk)Chia Pudding

15 drops stevia or 2 tbsp agave

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ tsp cinnamon powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a Vanilla Chia Puddinglarge mason jar or bowl with lid and shake until mixed.
  2. Put in fridge 1 to 2 hours or overnight to set up.
  3. Serve and enjoy for breakfast or a snack. Delicious when served with raisins and cinnamon on top.
