Vanilla Chia Pudding

This is a quick and easy recipe full of real food nutrition. It makes a great healthy snack, dessert or breakfast recipe. Chia seeds are loaded with omega 3 fatty acids, fiber, protein, and minerals including iron, calcium, magnesium and zinc. If you like tapioca pudding, you\’ll probably enjoy this raw Vanilla Chia Pudding. Enjoy!

 

Vanilla Chia Pudding\"Chia

Yield:  about 8 servings

Prep time:  5 minutes

Ingredients:

½ cup chia seeds

2 cups almond milk (or other milk)\"Chia

15 drops stevia or 2 tbsp agave

1 teaspoon vanilla

½ tsp cinnamon powder

Directions:

  1. Combine all ingredients in a \"Vanillalarge mason jar or bowl with lid and shake until mixed.
  2. Put in fridge 1 to 2 hours or overnight to set up.
  3. Serve and enjoy for breakfast or a snack. Delicious when served with raisins and cinnamon on top.
