For starters, it takes an open mind and a strong desire to make it happen. Understand that you are unique and what works for someone else, might not work for you. That’s why it is so important to figure out what does work for your body, your schedule, and your lifestyle.

REAL food.

  • Learn what REAL food is and what it is not. Here’s a hint: real food rots. REAL food is nutritious, wholesome and is the foundation to vibrant energy and optimal health.
  • Upgrade your choices. Add healthy whole foods into your diet and push out the junk that’s robbing your energy and getting in the way of you feeling awesome. You eat 3 to 6 times a day. It is absolutely essential that you learn what YOUR body needs.
  • Give your body what it needs to heal itself. Your body is brilliant. It wants to be healthy. It’s essential to figure out what’s missing, what’s hurting, and what’s helping your body. This is one area where my unique background in holistic nutrition is incredibly helpful.

REAL life.

  • Find your why. Get to know what makes you tick. Discover your purpose. Nurture your passion and fuel your creativity. Be intentional and focus on what’s important to you.
  • Set goals and take action. Too often, we let ourselves down because we set high expectations to achieve our goals and don’t rise to the challenge with consistent action. Learn to set goals and hold yourself accountable to do what it takes. Learn to trust yourself again.
  • Get moving. Exercise and movement help make you strong, flexible, and confident. Let fitness be a catalyst for change in your health and other areas of your life.

REAL simple.

  • Cultivate healthy habits. Implement practical strategies that work for you. Learn to shop for healthy food, create meal plans, and cook delicious, simple meals. Declutter, get organized, and turn your schedule into your get-it-done-in-less-time secret weapon.
  • Foster resilience and stick-to-it-iveness. Life happens in cycles. Things come up and you get off track. Don’t sweat it, its normal. The key is to correct course get back on track.
  • Live fully and discover joy in simplicity. Connect with yourself and others. Focus on what really matters and live with renewed inspiration, motivation, and purpose.
