1. Introduction
Welcome to erinharner.com (the “Site”). The Site and all related programs, products, and services, including the Gut Balance Method (the “Program”), are owned and operated by Erin Harner Coaching LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing this Site or enrolling in any Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use this Site or enroll in our Programs.
2. Eligibility
You must be 18 years of age or older to access the Site or participate in the Program. By using this Site or enrolling, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.
3. Program Participation & Results
Our Programs are educational and informational in nature and are not a substitute for medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Participation does not establish a patient-dietitian relationship. We make no guarantees about your results. Your success depends on your effort, consistency, and personal circumstances.
4. Payment Policies
a. Payments
Payment is required at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in writing. By enrolling in a Program or purchasing a product, you agree to pay the listed price (or payment plan, if offered).
b. No Refunds
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for any Program, product, or service under any circumstances. If you are on a payment plan, you are responsible for completing all payments in full.
c. Payment Plans
If you select a monthly payment plan, you must complete all payments regardless of your level of participation. Failure to complete payments may result in loss of access to the Program.
d. Declined Payments
If a payment is declined, you have 5 business days to bring your account into good standing. Failure to do so may result in suspension of access to your Program materials.
5. Access Policy
You have access to the Gut Balance Method content hub for one (1) year from the date of purchase. After your program timeframe is complete, access to the group community and live calls (if applicable) will end, and any unused 1:1 calls will be forfeited. After one year, your access to the content hub will cease. Program materials are available for download for your personal use.
6. Program Policies
Discounts: Discounts are only offered during specific promotional periods. Outside of those periods, no discounts are available.
Referrals: Referral bonuses (if applicable) are explained at the time of referral. No cash compensation or discounts are offered.
1:1 Calls: At least 1 business day notice is required to cancel or reschedule a 1:1 coaching session. No-shows will result in forfeiture of the session.
Confidentiality: While we expect participants to respect confidentiality in group calls and communities, we cannot guarantee privacy on third-party platforms such as Facebook. Share only what you feel comfortable with.
Testimonials: By submitting a testimonial, you grant Erin Harner Coaching LLC permission to use it for marketing purposes across websites and social media, with or without edits.
Hours of Operation: Our standard hours are Monday–Thursday, 9:00 am–2:00 pm ET. Client communications will be responded to within 3 business days during these hours.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site and in the Program, including text, graphics, videos, and handouts, is the property of Erin Harner Coaching LLC. You may not copy, share, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent. Program access is for your personal use only.
8. Disclaimers
No Medical Advice: The Site and Program content are for educational purposes only. They are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek advice from a qualified healthcare provider with any medical questions.
No Guarantees: We support and assist your efforts, but your results are your responsibility. We cannot and do not guarantee any specific outcomes.
Limitation of Liability: Erin Harner Coaching LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Site, Programs, or products.
9. Conduct
You agree not to use the Site or Programs for any unlawful or inappropriate purpose, and to treat the owner and/or other participants with respect. We reserve the right to remove participants from the Program without refund in cases of misconduct.
10. Affiliates
From time to time, we may promote or partner with other businesses. We only share resources we respect, but you are responsible for your own due diligence. Affiliate links may result in compensation to us at no additional cost to you.
11. Variation
We reserve the right to update or change these Terms, Program content, or Site functionality at any time without notice.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Erin Harner Coaching LLC regarding your use of the Site and participation in Programs, superseding all prior agreements.
