Erin is a dynamic and engaging speaker and cooking demo host. She infuses her passion for gardening, real food, culinary nutrition, and functional medicine into her classes, cooking demos, and workshops.
Erin is available to provide live in-person classes and workshops in the Finger Lakes Region at companies and organizations like schools, community groups, and parent groups.
Since 2009, Erin has taught 150+ cooking demos and workshops to empower participants to cook and eat real food at home. These classes take place anywhere from the local Co-op and professional teaching kitchens to doctors offices and conference rooms. More recently, Erin has brought classes, workshops, and cooking demos to participants from her beautiful home kitchen via high quality live Zoom video streams.

There's so much more to foods than carbs, protein, fat, vitamins, and minerals. Food is colorful and flavorful thanks to a huge array of phytonutrients! In this lively workshop and cooking demo, Erin Harner, Integrative RDN and culinary nutritionist, will show you how the color of food relates to its health benefits. Erin will also be cooking a full dinner in the class to show you how easy and fun it is to incorporate more color into your cooking. "Healthy” and “Desserts" seem like two words that just don't go together, but in this lively workshop and cooking demo, Erin Harner, integrative RDN and culinary nutritionist, will teach you how to make sweet treats in your home kitchen that are actually healthy for YOU. We'll talk through different ingredients and simple swaps that you can use to upgrade desserts including
