Berry Frozen Yogurt

This is a quick and easy recipe that couldn’t be any simpler or more delicious. With only three ingredients, this Berry Frozen Yogurt is highly versatile and makes a great healthy snack or dessert. Greek yogurt is loaded with protein and probiotics (beneficial bacteria). Berries like blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, blackberries, and others are filled with colorful phytonutrients, vitamins, and minerals. Berry Frozen Yogurt

Yield: 4 servingsBlueberry Frozen Yogurt

Total time: 5 minutes

Ingredients:

1 cup Greek yogurt

2 cups frozen berries (blueberries, strawberries, etc. or combo)

1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

1. Combine ingredients in a high-powered blender (like a Vita Mix) or food processor.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy (but not too much or Berry Frozen Yogurt will start to melt).

3. Top with berries, fruit, or shredded coconut. Serve immediately.

4. If there is any Frozen Yogurt leftover, put in a freezer safe jar or container and store for up to three months.
