All you need is 4 ingredients and 20 minutes to have piping hot, crispy, baked corn tortilla chips that are gluten free and delicious. 1. Hi Jojo, these will store in a sealed container on the counter for a few days but may stale a bit depending on humidity. Pop them in the oven again for a few minutes before serving later and they will be as crispy as when you first took them out of the oven! -Erin

    2. These can be stored for a couple of days in a sealed container without going stale. If they aren’t as crisp as you’d like, pop them in the oven at 350 degrees for a minute or two and they will be crispy again.

This is not a recipe for “home-made tortilla chips” – it’s a recipe using BOUGHT tortilla chips. I’m disappointed.
