Raw Strawberry Sauce

This recipe goes great with Oatmeal Pancakes, on ice cream, yogurt, or cereal. Its versatile and delicious.

Prep time: 10 mins

Yield: 4 to 6 servings width=


2 cups fresh organic strawberries, washed with stems removed

4 medjool dates, pitted or ¼ cup sweetener of choice

1 tsp ground psyllium or chia (optional for thickening)


1. Soak dates for about 20 minutes

2. Combine all in a blender or food processor and blend until slightly chunky

3. Serve over pancakes, yogurt or whatever you’d like


Note: Fresh organic strawberries are best for this recipe when in season. You could also use frozen strawberries, just be sure they are completely thawed.
