Mango Sorbet

This recipe is a simple, delicious, and nutritious dessert. Its also vegan and gluten free. Give it a try!

Prep time: 5 minutes width=

Yield: ~4 cups

Ingredients:

2 ripe mangoes, peeled and pitted (about 2 cups)

2 cups ice cubes

1/2 tsp vanilla extract

1/4 cup sweetener of choice (agave, honey, sugar, or other)

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a high-powered blender (like a VitaMix) or food processor.

2. Blend until smooth and creamy then serve immediately.

Note: You could also use peaches, strawberries, or oranges in the same recipe for a delicious and healthy sorbet.
