Spicy Walnuts

These spicy roasted walnuts are a quick and easy recipe that make a great healthy snack. With just six ingredients in this whole food recipe, these walnuts are perfect for you if you’re on a gluten free diet or want to eat healthier, wholesome, real food that tastes great too! Enjoy. =)

 

Spicy Walnuts

Prep. time: 5 minutes width=

Cook time: 7 to 9 minutes

Ingredients:

3 cups raw walnuts

1 teaspoon garam masala

1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper width=

1/4 teaspoon sea salt

2 teaspoons grapeseed oil

1 tablespoon honey

Directions:

1. Preheat oven to 300 degrees F

2. Combine all dry ingredients in a large bowl, then add the grapeseed oil and honey and toss to coat

3. Bake for 7 to 9 minutes or until lightly toasted

4. Remove from oven when lightly browned and allow to cool

5. Store in a sealed container up to two weeks
