Real Food Holiday Recipes

As the countdown continues to two of our favorite food-centered holidays, I wanted to share some of my favorite real food recipes with you. Below you’ll find 40+ recipes to enjoy this holiday season. . . some more traditional, some less.

The bottom line is that you can have your *pie* and eat it too. Making simple upgrades to traditional holiday recipes is a great strategy to soften the blow (aka sugar rush, weight gain, and sluggish feeling) of the holidays. Put a healthier spin on the holidays and give some of these quick and easy recipes a try. Just keep in mind that while these recipes are all dairy free, gluten free, and made with real food ingredients, some of them are not low in calories or fat. Enjoy them (in moderation)!
